Install 2" conduit and 96ct singlemode fiber from Citrus Grove Elementary School (current CBN fiber) to across C23 Canal to connect with Home Town Cable at Becker Rd. This project to connect Martin County to Traditions Campus for Martin Health and other Traditions research facilities.
